Is the ladder down?

I've played a few games recently, and seen a few games played, but none are showing up on the ladder.

What AOE3 version and what map version?

I see a few games but mostly months back.  Nothing's changed on my end, but with ES having disbanded and all, can't be sure how well they're still running things.

It is down, I played the most recent version (downloaded directly from the website) with two friends, and it didn't show.

Is this ladder completely abandoned at this point? Or are there still people that actively play?
